Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS. Most of our items can safely ship via this air method. There are a few products that must ship via ground transportation. Those will ship via Fedex ONLY. We no longer offer UPS services.
If our automated shopping cart inadvertently over charges you, a refund will be promptly issued. We always try to find the least expensive way to ship to our customers.
Due to the nature of the products, NO returns will be accepted. All sales are final, this includes any Prebuy items.
Insurance is optional. Without insurance, we are not responsible for your order once it leaves our premises.
Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, NOT including holidays or weekends.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
